Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please be advised that Kilcullen Family Practice will not be administering the Nasal Flu Vaccine on Monday, 12th October.

A provisional date of Tuesday, 20th October has now been assigned to our school.

For families who have given permission for their child to receive the Nasal Flu Vaccine via Aladdin, the consent form was sent through Aladdin Connect. I have also re-attached the form to this notice for your convenience.
